-Please remove shoes upon entering a temple
-Dress modestly
-Refrain from pointing feet towards the statues and persons
-You may see many bow three times upon entering and leaving a temple as a way to pay homage and show gratitude to the Triple Gem of the Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha.
-When greeting a monk or a nun it is most polite to put your palms together in front of your heart and bow slightly. In line with their celibacy practices, try to refrain from handshaking or touch opposite gender.
